Casual team leader?

Hello 
, just an inquiry as I'm looking to get a new job and was thinking a casual position. Been a team leader for 5 years and are just returning from mat. leave. I want to make sure I get the right pay and understanding the classifications correctly.
Given that level 4.1 and above is a team leader position, how is there a casual rate for this? There would not be a casual team leader position so im alittle confused about this. Or would it be if someone was filling the role that day cause they are sick?
